For the study of species diversity and distribution of Melanophyllum in Korea, M. eyrei and M. haematospermum were identified with unrecorded species and reported species, respectively. Their identification were confirmed based on macro-and microscopic descriptions as well as ITS region sequence data. We give a Korean name ‘Cheongheukjureumbeoseot’ for M. eyrei and provided full description for M. haematospermum due to incomplete previous description.
