Abstract
We isolated endophytic fungi from the leaves of woody plants inhabiting the Ulleungdo Island and Yeosu in South Korea. The fungal strains were identified based on their morphological characteristics in conjunction with phylogenetic analysis, which was performed using sequences of the internal transcribed spacer, large subunit rDNA, and β-tubulin DNA.
